Description:
The line provides, after the delivery of raw milk:
  • first heating for total or partial skimming,
  • second heating for homogenization,
  • third heating for pasteurization,
  • first cooling in thermal recovery,
  • final cooling with icy water,
  • output of skimmed or partially skimmed milk, homogenised, pasteurized or cooled to 4°C,
  • bottling milk into bottles,
  • bottle capping and labelling;
  • batch stamping and expiry date.
