Description:

The system consists of two cylindrical extraction boilers with a vertical axis, with an internal tank made of Aisi 304 stainless steel; thermally insulated tanks in high density expanded polyurethane, external cladding in Aisi 304 stainless steel satin sheet metal.

Heat exchange via coil welded in direct contact in the cavity.

Heating takes place using steam at 2 bar.

Conical stainless steel cover welded to the upper edge of the tank on which are installed: product loading and inspection porthole, vent, two washing spheres, hot and cold water loading connection, electric stirrer with stainless steel casing on the motor.

Rectangular door for solids extraction on which the sample collector is installed.

Total drain on the bottom with butterfly valve.

Optional: touch-screen for managing the machine and load cells for weighing the product introduced into the cooking tank.
